Venue West Conference Services is the exclusive conference management company (Conference Secretariat) and has no affiliation with a third-party hotel booking platform or travel agent. Guest rooms at the conference hotel(s) can solely be booked through the official conference registration site. Requests for travel plans and reservation preferences not originating from the Symposium Secretariat or Organizing Committee are not legit – please do not respond to emails, phone calls or payment requests.
